We received an immediate upgrade for our honeymoon. We were not satisfied with the first room as it was very old. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We would immediately go back to this hotel.

What a really good stay, no reason to complain. Luxury accommodation, committed staff, stunning location in the garden area of the resort. Very good service and an a la carte restaurant onsite.

Everything--we were given a free upgrade for our stay
All the coffee and milk etc extras left out we thought were complementary were actually charged however our main bugbear was that there were masses of students on study trips and the evenings were spoilt by all the noise they made

proximity to the beach and quiet surroundings
not all amenities worked e.g., room safety deposit box; staff was not very helpful in fixing or addressing issues. tennis courts had to be reserved day in advance despite the fact that no one was using them
